Boot Camp Sculpt (BSC)
A non-stop high intensity Cardio/Strength workout.

Cardio Circuit
Many stations of high intensity cardio w/strength & core exercises; classes take place every other Tuesday, please check Group Fitness boards for dates.

Cardio Core
Aerobic conditioning workout focusing on your core/trunk.

Cardio Fitness/ Upper Body/Legs
Working the upper and lower muscle groups with high repetitions that increase flexibility and strength.

Cardio Intervals
60 minutes of intense cardio & body sculpting.

Fitness 50+
Improves flexibility while protecting muscles & joints from injury.

Kick & Tone
15 minutes of high-energy kickboxing routines to burn fat followed by 30 minutes of muscle toning for lean mass and fat burning results.

Kickboxing
Designed to achieve muscular strength, especially the lower body & to enhance cardiovascular fitness.

Pilates
The ultimate mind-body mat exercise to strengthen & stabilize your core & back muscles while elongating and streamlining your body w/out the "bulked- up" results of the more conventional workouts.

Spin & Sculpt
45 minutes of Spinning followed by a 45min of Strength & Core Training

Spinning
A non-impact program that uses specially designed bikes structured to burn 750-800 calories. Recommended for first time exercisers & rehabilitating runners to increase fitness levels.

Step
A cardiovascular workout using an adjustable platform for up & down movement accompanied by music.

Step Blast
A high intensity non-choreograph step interval class that incorporates strength training and body conditioning.

Step Interval
Build body strength, tone & definition combined with cardiovascular exercise.

Stretch Xpress
A 30min of quick stretches to improve flexibility of muscles & joints from injury

T'ai Chi for Seniors
A 2000 yr old discipline technique described as "Meditation in Motion" which incorporates balance, relaxation and mental concentration.

Vinyasa Core
Practice is done in a flow series with emphasis placed on the core (trunk).

Yoga = Integral or Power
A muscle-toning middle level yoga; not difficult; flowing sequences linked to breathe, strength & flexibility, helps calm the mind, soothes the soul & reduces stress, improves circulation; helps eliminate toxins.

Yogalates
A combination of Yoga with Pilates to help develop strength, flexibility and relaxation.

Zumba
A fusion of Latin & International music-dance themes; routines feature aerobic/ fitness interval training that tone and sculpt the body. Be ready to SWEAT!
