Fruit Smoothie


1/2 cup small curd low fat cottage cheese
1/4 cup plain low fat yogurt
2 packets artificial sweetener such as Equal
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
6 ice cubes
1/2 cup fresh or frozen fruit such as strawberries, raspberries, or bananas

Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately. (serves one, may be doubled for two).
