Fig-Banana Smoothie


1 cup chopped CALIFORNIA DRIED FIGS
1 cup banana slices
1 cup plain lowfat yogurt
3 cups crushed ice
1 tablespoon honey
mint leaf or berry garnish

Place all ingredients, except garnish, in a blender (not food processor) and blend until smooth--approximately 2 to 3 minutes. Strain liquid and pour into tall chilled glasses. Add garnish. Makes 4 servings. Also extremely good source of potassium.
