Spinning Spinning is a comprehensive indoor cycling training system, for people of all fitness levels. Spinning program rides combine a foundation of basic cycling movements with motivational coaching techniques, breathing awareness and heart rate training in specified Energy Zones. Participants burn an average of 500 calories in 40 minutes of non-impact, individually paced, cardiovascular exercise. The program includes information on various topics related to osteoporosis such as general information and risk factors, screening and diagnosis, nutrition, exercise, fall prevention, and medications. It focuses specifically on increasing your awareness and intention to adopt health behaviors such as obtaining a bone density test, calcium consumption, participating in physical activity, use of fall prevention strategies and the appropriate use of medications.
